- Pay by the hour – this is great for those with infrequent issues that just require an occasional support call. We charge a flat rate per hour.
- Pay by the month – this provides a flat rate per month for one computer. We offer multiple computer discounts. For example, if your office has 5 computers we will offer remote support for all 5 computers for a fixed fee per month no matter how many support calls you require.
