The business processes feature of Laserfiche 9 is one of the most-anticipated new tools available in the product line. Using business processes, you will be able to start workflows directly from the Laserfiche Client, Workflow and Web Access and receive enhanced reporting on every step of the workflow, such as its current stage, who is involved in the process and how long it takes a participant to complete a step.
