How the Backlog Works
Every item in your backlog is sized to be independently deliverable — no item larger than about 10 effort points. Large capabilities get broken into smaller shippable increments during regular grooming sessions. This is good engineering practice, not just a billing convenience — large monolithic items are where bugs hide and scope creep sneaks in.
A growing backlog is healthy. It means you're engaged and thinking ahead. If the backlog consistently outpaces your current tier's delivery pace, that's a natural conversation about whether a temporary tier bump makes sense — but it's your call, not ours.
