When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Portal Account

When you create or are invited to a portal account, we collect your name, email address, company affiliation, and role. We store information you provide in the portal, including project notes, work items, and collaboration activity.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details. We retain only non-sensitive billing information provided by Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card, card brand, and expiration date, for display and record-keeping purposes.

Analytics

We use Umami Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Umami is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and anonymizes IP addresses. The data collected includes page views, referrer, browser type, and country-level location.

GitHub Integration

The portal optionally integrates with GitHub for project management purposes. If you connect a GitHub account, we store the OAuth access token necessary to perform authorized actions on your behalf. We access only the repositories and data you explicitly authorize.

We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption for data in transit, hashed password storage, and JWT-based authentication for the portal. No security measure is perfect; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Your Rights

Quarksoft's Services are intended for businesses and individuals located in the United States. We do not offer our Services to businesses or individuals located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or the State of California. If you are in one of these jurisdictions, please do not use our Services.
