What am I actually getting each month?
You're getting your system meaningfully better. We maintain a shared backlog of everything your system needs, deliver against your top priorities, and provide regular updates. The measure is progress — is the system better than it was last month? — not a point ledger.
Can I change tiers?
Yes, anytime. Tier changes take effect the following month. Need a burst of features? Bump up for a month, then drop back down. No penalties, no contracts.
How do I know my priorities are being addressed?
Through the shared backlog. You see what's queued, what's in progress, and what's been delivered at all times. You get regular delivery updates and monthly summaries.
What if I need a burst of work?
Bump to a higher tier for a month, then drop back down. Going from Cultivate to a Build tier gives you a burst of development capacity to push through a major capability, then you return to your normal pace.
Why does my software need Cultivate once it's done?
Because software that isn't tended doesn't stand still — it rots. Certificates expire, frameworks and dependencies age out of support, security holes get discovered, and the business the software was built for keeps changing. Most custom software doesn't fail; it gets abandoned. You already keep service contracts on your HVAC and your elevator for the same reason. What's the difference between Watch, Tend, and Assure?
